The European trips, or Wizzes as we call them, are inexpensive, great fun and a chance for motorcyclists to hone their skills and to experience European touring at its best. We book the hotels and plan the routes for you in advance,so just bring your bike (and a pillion if you have one) and go! You can use these trips to either relax, polish up your riding, or just to get in some‘saddle time’ in good company.
Euro Wizzes are normally 4 days long, usually Friday to Monday and where possible, encompass a Bank Holiday Weekend. We are very familiar with the Ardennes, Luxembourg, the Black Forest, the Pyrenees and the Dolomites.
Note:
For safety reasons, in the case of trainee members, we restrict Euro Wizz places to those trainee members who have undertaken sufficient training and are achieving consistent 3's on their Training Green Cards.

Second Wizz to the Ardennes, taking in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.Particularly aimed at those who haven't done a Wizz before. Cost is about €60 per night (includes breakfast and a great dinner) at our usual haunt in Hans-sur-Lesse in the Ardennes, giving easy access to Luxembourg and the obligatory incursion into Germany. NB: If you have not undertaken a RospaSmart Wizz before, we ask that you should have completed at least 4 training sessions before the trip. This is to ensure safety.
May 22rd- May 26th 2009 Black Forest Wizz FULL
For those who have not been before the Whiz involves up to 325 miles from Calais on Day 1 when we stay at a Hotel at Charmes near Epinal.
Day 2, around 150 miles, but mostly on twisties, arriving at Schilltach in the Black Forest where we stay for 2 nights..
The fourth night we stay near Abreschviller but will be using a different hotel to last time (unless I secure a very attractive deal and some reassurance from the new owner).
Each night we are on bed breakfast and dinner basis and the cost is around £35 per person per day.
The last day is around 375 miles.

This year's Welsh Wizz will take place from Tuesday 7- Friday 10th July at the Bikers Retreat guest house in Dolgellau run by a biking couple, Nigel and Tiv. We will take all their rooms, meaning we're limited to 16-18 people in total. Cost is £180 each, for three days BB & evening meal, meaning we just have to buy our own lunch, petrol and beer.
